We’re excited to announce that we’ve started a collaboration with the Estonian startup DoBu. This management platform is designed to simplify homeowners’ daily lives, allowing them to forget about bulky paper documents and instructions that gather dust. With AI-based technology, homeowners can quickly access information on how to use various technical devices, maintenance schedules, and what to do when warranty issues arise.

The Laaneserva Homes in Viimsi is our first project, and we’ve started using the DoBu management platform. It’s great to see that, in such a short time, homeowners have already embraced the platform, sought help, and received the necessary answers from the AI. This creates a genuine win-win situation, enhancing client communication while significantly reducing our team’s workload.
