Her background in Law and Performance Audit as well as competencies in Sales fostered Živilė’s interest in Commercial Real Estate. After 10 years of leading the Letting Department at the largest property and business valuation services provider in Lithuania, she now helps investors to acquire commercial real estate and generate value through high-quality property management services in the Baltics.
Over the course of her career in Real Estate, she has overseen multiple complex transactions between major companies and worked with such clients as Deka Immobilien, Westerwijk Investments and others.
Some of her core strengths include negotiation skills and the ability to provide well thought-out solutions through carefully listening to and learning all about business clients’ needs. Her other professional interests include Sustainability in Real Estate and beyond as well as Urbanism.
