Silver Neemelo
Chief Construction Manager
Silver understands construction. Even before completing his construction studies at the Tallinn University of Technology, he was employed by NCC Estonia as a site manager. It did not take him long to become a project manager who oversaw several important and complex building projects. Among these projects was the restoration and renovation of the western side of Toompea Castle and the Governor’s Garden, which were subject to strict heritage conservation requirements, as well as construction of the Crebit server building with its technically complex solutions, and the innovative study building of the Tartu Health Care College.
In the category of office buildings, he has managed the construction of the Tammsaare Business Centre, the Nord Projekt office building, and the commercial building at 25 Põhja pst, Tallinn.
Silver’s first contact with Capital Mill occurred during the construction of the Rannarootsi business centre when his current employer commissioned the construction from his previous employer. After the successful completion of Rannarootsi project, Silver was nominated for the Builder of the Year award of Year 2010.
Two years later, he decided to accept the challenge of becoming the Construction Manager at Capital Mill.
