+372 509 3911 Reet is a designer with a diploma from the Academy of Arts and she found new challenges and self-actualisation possibilities in the construction field in the midst of the breakthrough events and expanded opportunities of the 1990s. She has amassed over two decades’ worth of experience in managing construction and design projects.
While working for the construction company Skanska between 2008 and 2014, she became one of the initiators of BIM modelling. She made important contributions to development of instruction manuals, training of employees, and management and coordination of the implementation of BIM modelling. Reet was also involved due to the work of the Global BIM Group at Skanska AB.
In 2014, she took up the challenge of private entrepreneurship, providing consultancy services in the field of design project management and consultations. Her successful developments and projects eventually led to cooperation with Capital Mill.
Reet is a member of several working groups on BIM and digital construction and is a sought-after reviewer of Master’s theses and graduation papers on BIM at TalTech and the TTK University of Applied Sciences.
