+372 5817 5290 Aleksandr is one of the few members of the Capital Mill team who have witnessed the company’s development from the early days. Being part of our team since 2011, Aleksandr is responsible for resolving any legal issues of the company in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania as the General Counsel.
His responsibilities include conclusion of important contracts, as well as structuring, organisation and implementation of the majority of the company’s transactions. Aleksandr has been involved as a counsel in virtually all major deals and has used his expertise in many dispute resolution proceedings. His keen eye and sharp mind have made him an important member of the Capital Mill team.
