Real estate developer Capital Mill is building two new, distinctive apartment buildings in the Telliskivi district. Construction has recently begun. A total of 12 apartments will be completed in this sought-after neighborhood, which is characterized by the vibrant atmosphere of Kalamaja on the one side and the tranquility of Pelgulinn on the other.
At 8 Telliskivi, the building facing the street will be lovingly renovated and reconstructed, while the inner courtyard building will be built from scratch. The two buildings will create a cohesive and cozy living environment, offering a range of floor plans to suit different lifestyles and needs.
“The Telliskivi area remains one of the most attractive residential environments in Tallinn, with its popularity staying high due to the neighborhood’s diverse atmosphere, cultural life, and good infrastructure. The concept of the street-side and courtyard buildings offers both urban living and a more private setting, thus adding to the value for both homeowners and investors,” said Kaarel Loigu, CEO of Capital Mill.
In addition to the well-being of residents, Capital Mill is also committed to environmentally friendly solutions in the construction of homes. The new buildings will have solar panels to produce cleaner energy and reduce the ecological footprint. New homeowners will also have the option to order a personalized electric car charger, as the parking lot is ready with the necessary wiring. A convenient bike parking area and a children’s playground are planned for the inner courtyard.
Construction has just begun with its completion scheduled for the winter of 2025. The construction work is being carried out by Remart Ehitus OÜ.
In addition to the Telliskivi 8 development, Capital Mill is currently selling residential properties at Laaneserva row houses, Luisenthal Butiik, and Grünbergi Maja, offering a wide range of homes in different neighborhoods of Tallinn.
